How Your Account is Protected
InterMed, has taken extra steps to ensure that your private health information remains confidential. Your records are safe from unauthorized access because the MyInterMed patient portal is password-protected and information is delivered via an encrypted connection.
All communication between you and InterMed using MyInterMed patient portal is carried over a secure, encrypted connection. Encryption means the information is encoded in such a way that no one can read it during transmission. Also, your health records are stored behind a firewall to prohibit unauthorized access.
In addition, MyInterMed patient portal access requires a unique username and password. The MyInterMed patient portal is owned and operated by InterMed, P.A and is fully compliant with federal and state laws pertaining to your privacy. Your name and email address will be kept private and confidential and never sold or released by InterMed.
If you learn or suspect that your username or password has been wrongfully used or disclosed, you should promptly notify us and immediately reset your password. To help ensure the security of your password or account, please sign out of your account at the end of each session.

MyInterMed is your 24/7 access to request appointments, refills, referrals, and access your health information online, all from the comfort of your own home.
If you are a new user and have not yet created an account, please select the option at the bottom of the initial login screen for “Sign up for MyInterMed Patient Portal“. You will then be guided through creating a login. You can either register using the email address that you provided to the office or you can register by creating a username and entering a security code provided to you from the office.
- Step 1: Go to the MyInterMed login page and click on “Login To Patient Portal”
- Step 2: Fill in the username and password fields on the page with their respective credentials.
Trouble Logging in?
To begin password reset, click the “Trouble logging in?” link at the bottom of your screen, and choose between the following. “Forgot Username?/Forgot Password?” and enter the information you normally use to log in. You’ll be sent a link at that email address that you can use to reset your password.
Intermed Bill Pay
Intermed offers an online bill payment facility to all its users and provides several different methods to pay bills. You can pay your bill online at Intermed’s website, mail your payment to the processing center, or pay your bill in person at any authorized location.
It also provides you with the option to set up automatic bill payments online and make alternative payment arrangements. You can also cancel your account and contact customer support online. Use the Intermed Bill Pay portal now!
MyInterMed App
healow app is a secure and convenient way to manage what’s important and puts YOU in control of your health.
After setting up your account, download the free “Healow” app or “Healow Kids” app to access portions of your electronic medical record on the go.
- Patients 18 and older can access MyInterMed and the “Healow” app for adults.
- The MyInterMed portal and “Healow Kids” app are available for parents of children under age 13.
